In consolidated appeals, defendant appeals from 1) a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (James D. Gibbons, J.), rendered June 11, 2008, convicting him, after a nonjury trial, of unlicensed general vending, and imposing sentence, and 2) a judgment of the same court and Judge, rendered June 11, 2008, convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of disorderly conduct, and imposing sentence.
