DECISION & ORDER Motion by Danielle M. Muscatello for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Muscatello was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 28, 2007, under the name Danielle Marguerite Muscatello. By opinion and order of this Court dated July 5, 2011, Ms. Muscatello was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, commencing August 5, 2011, based on two charges of professional misconduct (see Matter of Muscatello, 87 AD3d 156). By decision and order on motion dated August 16, 2012, the Court directed that Ms. Muscatello file a supplemental affidavit, in connection with the motion for reinstatement.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the supplemental affidavit dated August 21, 2012, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that, effective immediately, Danielle M. Muscatello, admitted as Danielle Marguerite Muscatello, is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Danielle Marguerite Muscatello to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
