In an action, inter alia, to recover on a mortgage note, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Peter C. Patsalos, J.H.O.), dated June 3, 2008, which, after a nonjury trial, directed that it receive only the sum of $110,000 in full satisfaction of the mortgage.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.

Under the circumstances here, the plaintiff is not entitled to any relief on this appeal. Rivera, J.P., Dickerson, Hall and Lott, JJ., concur.
