DOCKET NO. A-5597-07T35597-07T3

IN THE MATTER OF

MICHAEL A. MILEWSKI.

_____________________________________________________

Submitted May 5, 2009 - Decided

Before Judges Skillman and Graves.

On appeal from the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.

John Vincent Saykanic, attorney for appellant.

Anne Milgram, Attorney General, attorney for respondent (Melissa H. Raksa, Assistant Attorney General, of counsel; Elaine C. Schwartz, Deputy Attorney General, on the brief).

PER CURIAM

Appellant Michael Milewski appeals from a final decision of the Chief Administrator of the Motor Vehicle Commission, which suspended his New Jersey driving privileges for ninety days based on a conviction for an alcohol-related offense in Florida, and an order of the Chief Administrator, dated July 18, 2008, which denied his request for reconsideration of the suspension. Appellant has now served the full period of his New Jersey license suspension. Therefore, this appeal appears moot. Moreover, even assuming the appeal is not moot, we reject appellant's arguments substantially for the reasons set forth in the Chief Administrator's decision denying appellant's request for reconsideration. Appellant's arguments do not warrant any additional discussion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).

Affirmed.
