Submitted February 27, 2007 - Decided March 15, 2007

Before Judges Skillman and Holston, Jr.

On appeal from Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Morris County, Docket No. FM 14-11820-90.

William M. Antonucci, Jr., appellant, pro se.

Lisa Piszel, respondent, pro se.

PER CURIAM

Defendant appeals from a post-judgment July 17, 2006 order that denied his motion to have his two sons declared emancipated upon attaining the age of majority and to terminate his child support obligation. We affirm substantially for the reasons set forth in Judge McCarthy's statements of reasons attached to the July 17, 2006 order. See also Newburgh v. Arrigo, 88 N.J. 529, 543-44 (1982); Patetta v. Patetta, 358 N.J. Super. 90, 93-94 (App. Div. 2003).

Affirmed.
