DOCKET NO. A-5437-05T55437-05T5
NADIA ATWA,
Appellant,
v.
BOARD OF REVIEW,
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR,
and LORD AND TAYLOR,
Respondents.
_______________________________________________________________
Submitted November 27, 2007 - Decided
Before Judges Coburn and Fuentes.
On appeal from the Board of Review,
Department of Labor, 97,850.
Nadia Atwa, appellant pro se.
Anne Milgram, Attorney General, attorney
for respondent (Lewis A. Scheindlin,
Assistant Attorney General, of counsel;
Mr. Scheindlin and Ellen A. Reichart, Deputy
Attorney General, on the brief).
PER CURIAM
The Board of Review issued a final administrative decision disqualifying Nadia Atwa from receiving unemployment compensation benefits pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:21-5(a).
Atwa appeals arguing that the Board of Review erred "because of contradictory statements from the employer regarding" its "disability program" and because of "an earlier ruling by" the Appeals Tribunal in this case finding that she was not disqualified.
After carefully considering the record and briefs, we are satisfied that the final administrative decision is supported by sufficient credible evidence on the record as a whole and that Atwa's arguments are without sufficient merit to warrant discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(D) and (E).
Affirmed.
