______________________________________

Submitted April 24, 2007 - Decided May 8, 2007

Before Judges Skillman and Grall.

On appeal from the Board of Review,

Department of Labor and Workforce

Development, Docket No. 104,694.

Gianfranco Bonanni, appellant, pro se.

Stuart Rabner, Attorney General, attorney

for respondent Board of Review (Michael J.

Haas, Assistant Attorney General, of

counsel; John C. Turi, Deputy Attorney

General, on the brief).

Respondents Design Enterprises, Inc. and

Renegade Construction did not file briefs.

PER CURIAM

Gianfranco Bonanni appeals from a final decision of the Board of Review. The Board affirmed a determination by an Appeal Tribunal that Bonanni did not qualify for additional unemployment benefits because he had worked only two days and earned only $500 since last obtaining benefits. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:21-4(e)(6), a person claiming benefits in successive benefit years must have had four weeks of employment since the beginning of the last benefit year. We affirm substantially for the reasons stated in the decision of the Appeal Tribunal.

Affirmed.
