Defendant-Respondent.
_______________________________
Submitted September 10, 2007 - Decided September 19, 2007
Before Judges Gilroy and Baxter.
On appeal from the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Atlantic County, Docket No. L-2014-05.
Karen H. Williams, appellant pro se.
Fox Rothschild, LLP, attorneys for respondent (William M. Honan, of counsel and on the brief).
PER CURIAM
Plaintiff Karen H. Williams appeals from the October 13, 2006, order of the Law Division, denying her motion seeking to vacate the dismissal of her complaint with prejudice and to reinstate the matter to the active trial list. We have carefully considered plaintiff's argument in light of the record and the applicable law, and we are satisfied that the argument is not of sufficient merit to warrant a discussion in a full written opinion. We affirm substantially for the reasons expressed by Judge Daryl F. Todd, Sr., in his cogent memorandum of decision of October 13, 2006. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(A) and (E).
Affirmed.
