PER CURIAM
Defendant appeals from a conviction of three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
We have been advised by the parties that defendant has entered a negotiated plea which includes dismissal of this appeal and remand of the matter for resentencing on counts three and five, pursuant to State v. Natale, 184 N.J. 458 (2005), subject to the negotiated disposition.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed with prejudice and the matter is remanded to the Law Division for further proceedings consistent with the parties' agreement.
