Submitted November 1, 2006 - Decided November 17, 2006

Before Judges Winkelstein and Fuentes.

On appeal from the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County, BER-L-9001-99.

Josefa Muros, appellant pro se.

Wolff & Samson, attorneys for respondent (Robert E. Nies and Saul Stein, on the brief).

PER CURIAM

Defendant, Josefa Muros, is representing herself in this appeal from a January 6, 2006 order that denied her motion to seek an equitable interest in the proceeds of the sale of various parcels of real estate to satisfy a judgment against defendants in the sum of $845,363.18. On appeal, defendant provides no point headings in her brief, but simply claims that the trial judge erred by denying her motion. We have previously addressed similar claims. See Thrifty Rent-A-Car Sys., Inc. v. The Muros Family Trust, No. A-1901-02 (App. Div. Apr. 5, 2004).

We have carefully reviewed the record and the applicable law. Defendant's contentions are without merit and do not warrant discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(A) & (E). We affirm substantially for the reasons expressed by Judge Mecca on January 6, 2006, as memorialized in his order of that date.

Affirmed.
