ORDER AMENDING AND ADOPTING MASTER’S REPORT Pursuant to Montana Code Annotated, section 85-2-233(5), the above-entitled Case was assigned to Water Master Eugene C. White. The Water Master filed a Report containing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law on December 13, 2023. On December 22, 2023, NOIA party Sunlight Ranch Co. objected to the Master’s Report. The Objection notes a typographical error in the body of the Master’s Report pertaining to an image included in the Report taken from the Stipulation filed by the parties that denotes proposed modifications to the claims. The Objection states that the image found on page 4 in the Report incorrectly listed the second claim found on the page as 43E 30150354 and should instead list the second claim found on page 4 as 43E 30150355. Therefore, Finding of Fact No. 3 should be corrected to display claim 43E 30150355 as the second claim on page 4, instead of claim 43E 30150354 as listed in the Stipulation and in the original Master’s Report. 1 The Court has reviewed the Water Master's Findings and Conclusions.
