The Water Master filed a report containing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law with the Clerk of Court. Copies of the report were served upon the parties on January 26, 2024. On February 5, 2024, objector Eagle Creek Colony filed an objection to the report seeking the placement of a remark on the claim that provides notice of the Water Use Agreement between the parties. Nothing was filed in response to the objection. Accordingly, the placement of the remark is deemed well taken and the remark will be placed on the claim. The Court has reviewed the Water Master's Findings and Conclusions. Pursuant to Rule 53(e), Montana Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court ADOPTS the Master's Report with the above referenced modifications.
