The Water Master filed a Report containing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law with the Clerk of Court. Copies of the Report were served on the parties on October 19, 2022. On October 27, 2022, RTL Livestock LLC (RTL) filed an Objection to the Master’s Report requesting corrections to clerical mistakes. 1 RTL points out several areas of the Master’s Report where clerical errors were made in listing split claim numbers. The following errors require correction: • Claim 41G 30155741 is incorrectly listed as 41G 301155741 in the heading on page 6, and again in Finding of Fact No. 11, also on page 6. • Claims 41G 30155742, 41G 30155743, and 41G 30155742 are incorrectly listed as claims 41G 301155742, 41G 301155743, and 41G 301155742 in the heading on page 8. The Master’s Report is amended to correct the claim numbers of the split claims. The references to claim 41G 301155741 are corrected to identify claim 41G 30155741. The reference to claims 41G 301155742, 41G 301155743, and 41G 301155742 is corrected to identify claims 41G 30155742, 41G 30155743, and 41G 30155742. The Court has reviewed the Water Master's Findings and Conclusions. Pursuant to Rule 53(e), Montana Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court ADOPTS the Master's Report with the above referenced amendments. The post-decree abstracts attached to the October 19, 2022 Master’s Report are correct and do not require any changes.
