Smith w e r e d r u g u s e r s " from l i n e s 1 6 and 1 7 . O Page 2, d e l e t e t h e p h r a s e "and saw Tammy n F r a z i e r , a known j u v e n i l e d r u g u s e r " from l i n e 25.
