STATE OF MINNESOTA IN SUPREME COURT A11-1107 State Senator Warren Limmer, et al., Petitioners, vs. Lori Swanson in her official capacity as Attorney General, et al., Respondents. ORDER Petitioners have filed a petition for a writ of quo warranto. Respondent Lori Swanson has filed a motion to dismiss the petition.
