WHEREAS, the judges of the Minnesota Court of Appeals have determined that Rule 10 of the Special Rules of Practice for the Minnesota Court of Appeals should be deleted, inasmuch as it has been superseded by amendments to Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. Rule 10 and the corresponding form in the Special Rules of Practice for the Minnesota Court of Appeals are hereby deleted, effective immediately.

2. Rule 11 and subsequent rules are renumbered as Rules 10, 11, 12, and 13.
