For the reasons stated in my dissent in In re Pollack Trust, ___ Mich App ___; ___ NW2d ___ (2015) (docket numbers 309796, 310844, 310846, and 318883), I would consolidate the present cases (docket numbers 319180, 320917, 320918, and 320919) with the Pollack Trust cases and remand all eight cases to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with my dissent in those cases. I would reassign the present cases to the trial court judge assigned to cases 309796, 310844, 310846, and 318883. /s/ Peter D. O’Connell -3-
