STATE OF MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS UNPUBLISHED November 14, 2013 In the Matter of M. SUCHODOLSKI, JR., Minor. No. 315979 Kent Circuit Court Family Division LC No. 11-053297-NA Before: FITZGERALD, P.J., and MARKEY and BECKERING, JJ. MEMORANDUM. Respondent mother appeals as of right the trial court order terminating her parental rights to her minor child under MCL 712A.19b(3)(c)(i), (g), and (j). We affirm. On appeal, respondent mother does not challenge that there were statutory grounds for termination, and she concedes that termination of her parental rights was in the child s best interests. Thus, no issue has been presented for our review. Nevertheless, we have reviewed both the existence of statutory grounds and whether termination was in the child s best interests. We conclude that the trial court did not clearly err in finding the statutory grounds were established by clear and convincing evidence. In re Trejo Minors, 462 Mich 341, 356-357; 612 NW2d 407 (2000). Also, the trial court did not clearly err when it found that termination was in the child s best interests. MCL 712A.19(b)(5). Affirmed. /s/ E. Thomas Fitzgerald /s/ Jane E. Markey /s/ Jane M. Beckering -1-
