STATE OF MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, UNPUBLISHED November 14, 2006 Plaintiff-Appellee, v No. 264025 Genesee Circuit Court LC No. 04-013616-FH MARY JEANETTE MCALKICH, Defendant-Appellant. Before: Fort Hood, P.J., and Murray and Donofrio, JJ. MEMORANDUM. Defendant appeals by leave granted her sentence of two to fifteen years’ imprisonment imposed pursuant to her guilty plea to unarmed robbery, MCL 750.530. We affirm. This case is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). Defendant’s sentence commenced on July 20, 2004, and she received credit for 22 days previously served. According to the records of the Department of Corrections, defendant was paroled on June 27, 2006, shortly after serving her minimum sentence. Because defendant has fully served her minimum sentence, her arguments pertaining to the length of that sentence are moot because it is impossible for this Court to fashion a remedy. People v Rutherford, 208 Mich App 198, 204; 526 NW2d 620 (1994). Affirmed. /s/ Karen M. Fort Hood /s/ Christopher M. Murray /s/ Pat M. Donofrio -1-
