PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
June 17, 2004
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 245888
Genesee Circuit Court
LC No. 02-010290-FH
RANDY CLARK BAKER,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: Neff, P.J., and Zahra and Murray, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Defendant appeals as of right his jury conviction for first-degree home invasion, MCL
750.110a(2). We affirm.
On appeal, defendant argues that the trial court failed to make corrections to the
presentence report that it agreed to at the time of sentencing. Defendant has acknowledged that
the court subsequently made the requested corrections. There is no relief this Court can grant,
and defendant’s appeal is moot. In re Contempt of Dudzinski, 257 Mich App 96, 112; 667
NW2d 68 (2003).
Affirmed.
