COURT OF APPEALS
PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
June 15, 2004
Plaintiff-Appellant,
v
No. 247659
Oakland Circuit Court
LC No. 2002-185415-FC
RAYMOND T. GRAVES,
Defendant-Appellee.
Before: Smolenski, P.J., and White and Kelly, JJ.
WHITE, J. (concurring).
I concur on the basis that defendant’s location in the manufacturing area, the apparently
active operation, the need for more than one person to operate the press, and defendant’s flight
provided, marginally, the sufficiency of evidence required. I do not believe the other facts were
probative of guilt under the circumstances that it was clear that Graves’ vehicle was
incapacitated, and that Few had delivered the drugs on his motorcycle.
/s/ Helene N. White
