STATE OF MICHIGAN
COURT OF APPEALS
PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
October 17, 2000
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 220570
Berrien Circuit Court
LC No. 98-404472 FH
JOSE RAMON MORA,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: White, P.J., and Talbot and R.J. Danhof*, JJ.
WHITE, J. (concurring).
I agree that the evidence, while not overwhelming, was sufficient to support the conviction, and
that defendant has not shown that reversal is required under People v Carines, 460 Mich 750, 764;
597 NW2d 130 (1999). I therefore join in the affirmance.
/s/ Helene N. White
* Former Court of Appeals judge, sitting on the Court of Appeals by assignment.
