In this consolidated case, both defendants appeal as of right and we affirm. We concur and join
in all portions of Judge White’s opinion except section II in which we concur in the result for the reason
that the alleged errors, if any, are harmless. People v Carines, 460 Mich 750; 597 NW2d 130 (1999);
