MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520d(1)(a); MSA
28.788(4)(1)(a), and was sentenced to three to fifteen years’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of
right. We affirm. This case is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
Defendant’s challenge to the scoring of the sentencing guidelines fails to state a cognizable claim
for relief. People v Mitchell, 454 Mich 145, 176-177; 560 NW2d 600 (1997).
Affirmed.
