Plaintiff appeals by right summary disposition in favor of defendant in this action for mandamus.
Substantively, the action concerns plaintiff ’s claim to entitlement to special good time credits. That issue
is moot in light of plaintiff having been again paroled on or about August 28, 1997.
Dismissed as moot.
