Petitioner-Appellee,
v
No. 198921
Wayne Juvenile Court
LC No. 94-317821
CHRISTANINE JESSICA BRODIS,
Respondent-Appellant.
Before: Markey, P.J., and Doctoroff and Smolenski, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Respondent appeals by delayed leave granted from the juvenile court order terminating her
parental rights to the minor children under MCL 712A.19b(3)(c)(i), (g) and (j); MSA
27.3178(598.19b)(3)(c)(i), (g) and (j). We affirm.
The findings of the juvenile court were not clearly erroneous. There was clear and convincing
evidence to support the statutory grounds for termination. In re Jackson, 199 Mich App 22, 25; 501
NW2d 182 (1993). Further, the court did not clearly err in its decision to terminate respondent’s
parental rights. Id.; see also In re Hall-Smith, 222 Mich App 470, 472-473; 564 NW2d 156 (1997).
Affirmed.
