COURT OF APPEALS
PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
January 13, 1998
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 194405
Macomb Circuit Court
LC No. 95-002600 FH
DAVID JOHN MAKI,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: Gage, P.J., and Murphy and Reilly, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
On this appeal of right, defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying him credit for
153 days served while awaiting disposition of the new charges because of his parole status. We reject
the contention that People v Stewart, 203 Mich App 432, 434; 513 NW2d 147 (1994), was wrongly
decided, and accordingly affirm.
