Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 180595
LC No. 94-005599-FH
KAREN KAY STEINER,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: J.H. Gillis, P.J., and G.S. Allen and J.B. Sullivan, JJ.*
MEMORANDUM.
Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to attempted larceny in a building, MCL
750.359; MSA 28.591 and MCL 750.92; MSA 28.287, and was sentenced to two years’ probation,
with 120 days to be served in jail. She appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided
without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E)(1)(b).
The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant’s post-sentencing motion for
plea withdrawal. People v Effinger, 212 Mich App 67, 69; 536 NW2d 809 (1995). The record
reflects that defendant’s plea was voluntarily made.
Affirmed.
