STATE OF MICHIGAN
COURT OF APPEALS
JAMES S. DOLL,
UNPUBLISHED
July 19, 1996
Plaintiff-Appellant,
v
No. 179059
LC No. 93-000953-CZ
DETROIT NEWSPAPER AGENCY and
TOMMIE MCLEOD,
Defendants-Appellees.
Before: Sawyer, P.J., and Neff and R.D. Gotham,* JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Plaintiff appeals from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition in favor of
defendants on his wrongful discharge claim. We affirm.
On appeal, plaintiff argues that the trial court erred in granting summary disposition. In ruling on
defendants’ motion, the trial court filed an extensive, well-written opinion detailing its reasoning for
granting summary disposition. We see no need to reiterate what the trial court said. Accordingly, we
adopt the trial court’s opinion as our own and affirm the grant of summary disposition for the reasons
stated in the trial court’s opinion.
Affirmed. Defendants may tax costs.

/s/ Roy D. Gotham
* Circuit judge, sitting on the Court of Appeals by assignment.
