I agree with the majority opinion in all respects, except with regard to certain portions of section IV, which addresses the trial court's evidentiary decisions. Despite my disagreement concerning the relevancy of certain evidence, I concur, however, in the majority's result because -1- I believe that declining to grant relief is not inconsistent with substantial justice.
