ERRATA SHEET The Court’s opinion certified on June 6, 2019, is revised to correct two typographical errors. First, in paragraph 21, “Mainetoday” is replaced with “MaineToday” in the two citations to MaineToday Media v. State, 2013 ME 100, 82 A.3d 104, to correct the spelling of the plaintiff’s name. Second, the first citation sentence in paragraph 32 is corrected to add a paragraph symbol (¶) after the existing paragraph symbol in the citation. The original decision on the Court’s website has been replaced with the opinion as revised.
