DOUGLAS ANNIS ERRATA SHEET The third sentence of paragraph 2 of the opinion of this Court certified on January 25, 2018 is revised to correct a reference to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office (and correct the spelling of “Sheriff”) as follows: On August 6, 2014, six local law enforcement officers, in marked and unmarked vehicles, from the Hampden Police Department and the Penobscot County Sherriff’s departments Office executed a search warrant at the Annis residence for “computers and electronic devices” potentially storing child pornography. The original opinion on the Judicial Branch website has been replaced with the opinion as corrected.
