J., CONCURS I respectfully concur in the opinion of the majority. I note that the trial court’s judgment is consistent with what appeared to be the law of this circuit as expressed in this Court’s opinion in Lewis v. Marshall Bros. Lincoln-Mercury, 04-0507 (La.App. 4 Cir. 5/19/04), 876 So.2d 142. However, I now agree with the decision of the majority to overrule Lewis.
