CONCURS WITH REASONS I concur in the result reached by the majority. I would not, however, address the issue of whether the Department of Transportation and Development had legal standing to collaterally attack the succession proceeding. I do not find that the trial court’s finding of fact regarding the domicile of Michael Vickers is clearly wrong or manifestly erroneous. Therefore, I would affirm the trial court’s judgment on that basis.
