On November 4, 2020, the district court ordered the St. James Parish District Attorney to file a response to relator’s motion within thirty days. According to relator, no ruling has been issued by the district court on his motion as of January 30, 2021. Accordingly, this writ application is granted for the limited purpose of instructing the district court, if it has not already done so, to rule upon relator’s Motion to Unseal Jury Polling within thirty (30) days, and to provide a copy of said ruling to relator and to this Court.
