Liljeberg WRIT GRANTED In this pro se writ application, relator, Michael Adams, seeks mandamus relief, requesting this Court to order the trial court to rule on his outstanding pro se motions that were mailed on May 23, 2018, namely: (1) “Motion for Disclosure of Impeaching Information;” (2) “Motion to Examine Police Officers Personal File;” (3) “Motion to Reveal the Identity of the Confidential Informant and for Brady Material.” According to the record, relator’s pro se motions were filed on May 24, 2018 (“Motion for Disclosure of Impeaching Information”) and August 28, 2018 (“Motion to Examine Police Officers Personal File” and “Motion to Reveal the Identity of the Confidential Informant and for Brady Material”). These pro se motions were set for “status hearing” several times, but we note that they are not set on the next date for motions in this case, and there is no indication in the record that the motions are set for hearing. The trial court is ordered to set relator’s pro se motions for hearing within 30 days from the date of this disposition. Accordingly, for the reasons stated herein, relator’s writ is granted.
