KENTUCKY BAR ASSOCIATION RESPONDENT OPINION AND ORDER Following John Shannon Bouchillon's application for restoration pursuant to SCR 3.500(2), the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association has recommended that this Court restore Bouchillon's license to practice law in this Commonwealth .'
