Pursuant to SCR 3 .390, within ten (10) days of the date of entry of this order each of the above-named suspended attorneys shall notify all Courts in which he/she has matters pending, and all clients for whom he/she is actively involved in litigation and similar matters, of his/her inability to continue to represent them and of the necessity and urgency of promptly retaining new counsel . Such notification shall be by letter duly placed in the United States mail, with a copy simultaneously placed in the mail to the Director of the Kentucky Bar Association .
