RENDERED: SEPTEMBER 5, 2003; 10:00 A.M. NOT TO BE PUBLISHED Commonwealth Of Kentucky Court of Appeals NO. 2003-CA-000653-MR GARY COLLINS APPELLANT APPEAL FROM BOYLE CIRCUIT COURT HONORABLE DARREN W. PECKLER, JUDGE ACTION NO. 77-CR-00084 v. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY APPELLEE OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL ** ** ** ** ** BEFORE: BAKER, KNOPF, AND TACKETT, JUDGES. BAKER, JUDGE: Gary Collins brings this pro se appeal from a March 7, 2003, order of the Boyle Circuit Court. We dismiss the appeal as being interlocutory. In its March 7, 2003 order, the Boyle Circuit Court denied appellant’s motion for appointment of counsel to represent him in a pending action. We are of the opinion that an order denying appointment of counsel is by its very nature interlocutory. It neither adjudicates all the claims of all the parties nor does it completely adjudicate a claim against a party. Ky. R. Civ. P. 54.02. Upon the Court’s own motion, it is hereby ORDERED that the appeal is DISMISSED as being interlocutory. ALL CONCUR. ENTERED: September 5, 2003 /s/ Matthew J.
