He asserts the district court erred in finding his application barred by the three-year statute of limitations. See Iowa Code ยง 822.3 (2009). Having reviewed the briefs of the parties, the record, and the applicable law, we affirm the district court s dismissal without opinion, pursuant to Iowa Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.1203(a) and (d). AFFIRMED.
