A delinquency petition was filed by the State on July 19, 2010, alleging the child, N.S., committed the delinquent act of sexual abuse in the second degree in violation of Iowa Code section 709.03 (2009). Following a contested hearing, the court adjudicated N.S. a delinquent child on August 31, 2010. N.S. filed a notice of appeal on November 5, 2010. His only argument on appeal is that the State failed to prove the allegation of the petition by proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Following a careful review, we affirm the ruling of the juvenile court. AFFIRMED.
