Janssen appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the estate of Hilda D. Janssen on appellant’s counterclaims, claim for contribution, and claim of interference with quiet enjoyment of a lease. Appellant contends the court erred in determining there were no genuine issues of material fact at issue. On our review of the record, we find no error of law and conclude the judgment of the district court is correct. Iowa R. App. P. 6.24(1), (4). AFFIRMED.
