IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF IOWA No. 9-069 / 08-1372 Filed March 11, 2009 IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF JEREMY DARWIN HELTIBRIDLE AND KELLY DIANE HELTIBRIDLE Upon the Petition of JEREMY DARWIN HELTIBRIDLE, Petitioner-Appellee, And Concerning KELLY DIANE HELTIBRIDLE, Respondent-Appellant. ________________________________________________________________ Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Grundy County, Todd A. Greer, Judge. Kelly Heltibridle appeals from the district court order modifying the parties’ dissolution decree. AFFIRMED. Sharon Soorholtz Greer of Cartwright, Druker & Ryden, Marshalltown, for appellant. Michael A. Smith and Shean D. Fletchall of Craig, Smith & Cutler, L.L.P., Eldora, for appellee. Considered by Vogel, P.J., and Vaitheswaran and Eisenhauer, JJ. 2 EISENHAUER, J. Careful to assert they can continue to share physical care of their son, Austin, age five, and living twenty miles apart, these parents cannot agree where he should attend school. Kelly Heltibridle appeals the order directing Austin’s enrollment in the Grundy Center schools. Upon our de novo review of the record, consideration of the parties’ briefs and arguments leads us to conclude the trial court’s order should be affirmed. We award no attorney fees and costs are assessed to Kelly. AFFIRMED.
