VOGEL, P.J.
Soults Farms, Inc. appeals the district court’s September 15, 2008
decision denying its petition to correct, modify, or vacate the original ruling, as
well as the October 16, 2008 order approving attorney fees. We find nothing in
the record to undermine the court’s factual findings, credibility assessments or
application of the law in the September 15 ruling, nor an abuse of discretion in
the October 16 order. As such, we affirm both the decision and the order without
opinion, pursuant to Iowa Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.24(1) and (4). Schafer’s
request for attorney fees on appeal is denied.
AFFIRMED.
