PER CURIAM
Plaintiff, Elizabeth Sylvester, appeals from the district court’s ruling of
summary judgment in favor of defendants Mills County, the Office of Mills County
Auditor, and Carol Robertson. Sylvester’s claims arise from an e-mail addressed
to Carol Robertson that plaintiff read and found offensive.
She asserts the
district court erred in dismissing her claims for false light invasion of privacy,
intentional infliction of emotional distress, and libel per se. After a careful review
of the record, we conclude the district court’s decision should be affirmed without
opinion pursuant to Iowa Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.24(1) and (4).
AFFIRMED.
