Reddick v. GeorgiaAnnotate this Case
Appellant Damien Reddick was convicted of murder in connection with the shooting death of Cory Johnson. The trial court denied his amended motion for new trial, and he appealed. His sole enumeration of error was that the trial court erred in refusing his written request to charge on a lesser included offense of involuntary manslaughter. Finding no reversible error, the Supreme Court affirmed.
