Trimble v. GeorgiaAnnotate this Case
Appellant Mack Trimble was convicted of felony murder and related offenses in relation to the 2005 shooting death of Cegi Hall. He appealed, arguing that the evidence presented at trial supported a finding of voluntary manslaughter not felony murder. Further, he argued the trial court committed other, reversible errors, and that he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel. After review of the trial court record, the Supreme Court found no reversible error, and affirmed Trimble's convictions and sentence.
