In the Supreme Court of Georgia Decided: May 6, 2013 S13Y0945. IN THE MATTER OF ROBERT E. MALONEY, JR. PER CURIAM. This disciplinary matter is before the Court on the petition of Robert E. Maloney, Jr. (State Bar No. 468108), who seeks to voluntarily surrender his license following his conviction for bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. ยง 1344.1 Maloney, who was admitted to the Bar in 2004, admits that, by his conviction, he has violated Rule 8.4 (a) (2) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
