Pursuant to First Medical Billing Corporation’s proper partial confession of error, we reverse the portion of the final judgment awarding it attorney’s fees and affirm as to all remaining issues on appeal. This cause is remanded to reduce the total judgment accordingly. Reversed in part, affirmed in part, and remanded with instructions. 2
