Third District Court of Appeal State of Florida Opinion filed August 26, 2020. Not final until disposition of timely filed motion for rehearing. ________________ No. 3D19-1134 Lower Tribunal Nos. CPS: 2000866578, 19-1741-CS ________________ Sathiyagiri Valliappan, Appellant, vs. Department of Revenue, Child Support Program, Appellee. An Appeal from the State of Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Program. Sathiyagiri Valliappan, in proper person. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, and Toni C. Bernstein (Tallahassee), Senior Assistant Attorney General, for appellee. Before LOGUE, LINDSEY, and LOBREE, JJ. PER CURIAM. Appellant Sathiyagiri Valliappan appeals a Final Administrative Support Order rendered by the Department of Revenue after an evidentiary hearing before the Division of Administrative Hearings. Our standard of review is whether there is competent substantial evidence to support the Department’s findings of fact. See § 120.68(10), Fla. Stat. (2019); De Groot v. Sheffield, 95 So. 2d 912, 916 (Fla. 1957); City of Lake Wales v. Pub. Emps. Relations Comm’n, 402 So. 2d 1224 (Fla. 2d DCA 1981). Because Appellant’s own testimony supports the Department’s findings of fact, we are constrained to affirm. Affirmed. 2
